Driver side door lock

Remote refuses to either lock or unlock the drivers door. Tried both remotes, same thing, can hear slight, dull click, but does not do the trick. Key works fine. Any suggestions?

Maybe it broke. I found this thread...... http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=393255

My drivers door lock will move enough when I shut the door causing it to lock while the car is running. I had no idea what the car was doing until I read that thread. After, I left the car running and unlocked the doors. With the window down I shut the door and sure enough the door lock moves a litte but not all the way, causing it to lock me out!

I would think that over time if it is moving everytime the door shuts, it might stop working. Maybe this was a problem with the 04 models.
