Welcome! Who stabbed your driver seat? You can buy an 07' spoiler and not worry about holes to fill!

Ok I have a question for all of you above. The '04 Maxima link that I sent, that one has Xenon, spoiler, moon roof and tilting steering. The 05 that I bought has none of that. Do you guys still think I am better of with the '05 ?

why did you choose and buy the 2nd max?

I would have choosen the 1st max that you were commited to. It has 100K mile warranty, satellite radio, no rips in leather seats, maxima floor mats, new brake pads, new rotors and new tires....

But instead you choose the cheaper auction....

Good luck and Welcome to the 6th gen area....

^^ No it isn't because I told the seller that my purchase is conditional and subjected to the inspection of the car. I can withdraw from it anytime if I do not physically like the car.

The reason I bought the '05 is considering the re-sale value and keeping in mind that the '04's had the problem wit the suspension ( Not sure how far it is true ). Also I am financing through capital one and the APR on a $10K loan ( I am paying the rest in cash ), they are giving me is 9.99 if I buy the '04 (*because it is person-person ), but if I buy the '05 its from dealer my Apr would be 7.2.

But still I am really very confused as I really want the Xenon's which are on the '04. The rip in the seat on the '05 is no problem, it can be repaired or can be replaced for $150 new seat from LKQ.

So having said that all, what you guys vote which one should I still go for ?

Welcome to the community.

Listing 1. They seller obviously hasn't seen a fully loaded max to make statements like

"Here is your chance to own a fully loaded Nissan at a very good price."

Loaded maxima comes with some options, doesn't it. Options that I was laughing at first but can't live without now. almost 3 years later people still look at me weird when I tell them about heated steering wheel or when they see the mirrors fold themselves.
