Really guy's help me decide: Go for '04 or '05

You guys must be thinking I am going crazy posting all these threads, but by tonight I really need to makeup my mind in regards to what I want to do with these 2 cars.

The First car is '05 SE for $16495
1-http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005-...QQcmdZViewItem

The above car is an '05. It doesn't have Xenon Lights and spoiler. It is from a very reuptable dealer. If I finance I will get a rate of 7.2 APR. It also has
42K Miles on the ODO. It says both fenders were painted. I inquired the seller and he said it was a very small accident and the previous seller ( Nissan Fleet ) Changed both fenders. Remember the sellers feedback is 100% and all he does is sell cars, mostly. Car also has 60K mile power train warranty. Also has the dual glass roof.

Now the 2nd car is a 2004 price $17000
2-http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-...QQcmdZViewItem

Has 54K miles on the odo. Is FULLY loaded, brand new tires and brakes. Dealer maintained. But since its a person-person sale, I will be paying 9.99 APR for the financing.

Tell me guys, from re-selling point of view which one is better ? I will be keeping the car for couple of years or till 80K miles. I will be changing the lights to Xenon if I go with the 05 ( $1000 min ).

So tell me what should I do ?

go find an 06 w/ leather, put in your own xenons and navigation. then extend the warrenty yourself to 100k for 2100 at the dealership. check craigslist and other private sellers, i personally dnt like buying a car on ebay.

I am not that rich my friend to buy an '06. I am alreaday stretching to $17K, buying an 06 for 24K min, would be far too much for me.

craigslist is much different, its all local sellers, you can go to their houses and check everything out if you want, thats how i purchased my 06 with 6k miles for only 24K and that was a year ago.

that brings me to the price thing, you can def find an 06 for cheap like i said 06 one year ago with 6k on it for only 24 thousand, just look around you'll be surprised at the deals you can get sometimes.
