Headers Installed!

for those that have not seen my old thread, check here

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=519711

http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=521245

its now installed and i say....

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT CHEAP OUT AND BUY THESE HEADERS.................unless you are prepared to do custom work to make the headers fit!!

reasons not to buy:
1) missing egr. I needed to get it custom welded in there.
2) front headers touch the starter which will cause vibration.
3) y pipe touches the starter. needed to shave off a good amount of the header
4) they are turning bronze already after 1 day.
5) i dunno but its a lil loud for my taste. TOO throaty but ill let you guys decide when i post a video later.
6) OVER 8 hour job if you do not have power tools/lift.
7) overall a pain in the ***.... if there are any other questions or comments feel free to ask.

I got the borla resonator installed in it already in these videos.

Are you sure it's touching the starter? Or did you mistake it for the AC compressor?

So any updates? Still getting rattling sounds? Was it much of a problem to get the EGR bung welded in? Hows the power?
