Very nice numbers. Why don't you polish the outside of the manifold since you will have it off. Call me.

When porting the LIM, I would not remove much material. Just try to smooth out that angle near the top of the LIM and get rid of all the subtle casting bumps.

Also, I would recommend that you match the runners on the UIM to the spacers. That way, everything will be spacer matched perfectly and you will have a perfect transition from the UIM to LIM!! Right now, you have the smaller runners on the UIM, then they suddenly open to a larger runner, which causes turbulence.

The spacers help out alot with the airflow since you removed the oversized OEM intake gasket along with it being properly port matched to the LIM runners.

Also, one more thing to consider is matching the two runners on the elbow itself to the spacer. This should yield the best results without going too extreme and needing a flowbench to determine how much to port.

So, no actual porting of the spacers should be needed on the VQ35DE unless you drastically enlarge the ports or have a custom IM design.

L-spec TS ECU reflash I'm assuming?

Since you're already running S-AFCII and are already piggybacking the a/f ratios, having the full blown TS ECU reflash for a/f would be redundant yes?

There are still spots in the TS Full spec flash A/F map that need to be fine tuned I have the TS flash and plan on doing an SAFC 2.

Sounds crazy but I'd try putting your stock intake back on with a good high flow drop in, I think you'd be surprised at the results.
