Stupid Noob Question.

Stupid Noob Question - to install LEDs in the footwells - does on pull the light out from behind the glove compartment to change the lights, or pulls the light out through the hole? I've been yanking on the wires and they seem to be taped in or something...how did you guys change these lights? Poop!
