Removing ECU

Hey guys, can someone tell me how to remove the ECU. I don't even know where its located, I'm thinking under the dash on the passenger side.
Please help, want to remove it to have it flashed and I'm pressed for time, going on vacation.
Tek used to have a how to but the pictures are no longer there.

You have to remove the glove box, and it's under the dash near the passenger door. There are 2 bolts holding the ECU and you can pull the whole thing down.

Driving a rental, my car is in the body shop, teenager hit me head on. Doing a complete overhaul of the car while its there, adding the Stillen sides and rear, rear window spoiler, eyelids, BBK and re-painting the engine pieces.

I hear so much about this whole ECU reflash and crap like that... But I am pretty weak in that area. What exactly will an "ECU reflash" do for the max? And what exactly must be done to do this if it is worth doing for the Max. Thanks!!

ECU reflash adjusts ignition timing, air to fuel mixture, removes top speed limiter, corrects DBW, raises engine rev limiter.

Hondata is a piggyback system, different from a reflash to the ECM.
