Fix your sun-roof
For anyone that has ever disconnected their battery and has had sporadic issues with their sun-roof not closing all the way; all that you have to do is HOLD the DOWN button for about 10 seconds and it should reset itself and go back to normal. My tech just did this today and I will keep you guys updated if the problem is still random or not.

Also, when we close our sun-roofs it makes a loud and harsh THUNK noise right when it gets to the end. The way you fix that is gently grab onto the middle part of the deflector and tug down and towards you a little bit.

Yep; disconnecting the battery usually requires resetting the sunroof. That caught me the first year I owned my '04. I drove to the dealer service department with the 'problem', and was rather red-faced when the tech simply held the 'down' button several seconds and said 'it's fine now'. I checked later and found this was covered in the Owner's Manual. I had read it, but had forgotten this detail.
I was lucky in that my sunroof does not 'thunk'.
