If you have a stock air intake, you need to remove the plastic clips holding the plastic cover over the grill and remove the first section of air intake just over the radiator, you should have a pretty good view of the fans blades then.
It's not clear from your first post if the fan you are talking about is the one behind the engine's radiator (as chernmax assumed) or the fan in your A/C-Heater -- which I assumed you were discussing, until I saw chernmax's post.
