most def. 70 + 6mt has advantage. u might be right about the 0-60 thing...i think my 2k2 4AT was quicker 0-60..it did it in about 6.4 shifting it right and exact amount of wheelspin. has nice low end tq.

I've said this before in other posts but the 1/4 mile is hardly the definitive answer to whether the auto is faster than 6mt or not. Just to give you an example. I just purchased the G-Tech Pro RR and was playing around with it Saturday night. There's a nice flat stretch of service road that I used to run a couple of 1/4 runs. To make a long story short, I ran a 14.1 at 99mph in 3rd gear and I tell you at the end of the run my car still wanted to pull hard. It was like my car said, "Wait, I'm not finished yet!" You know that "swell accelleration" feeling they talk about; that's what I feel. LOL

Yeah, I wanna get to the track too to verify. And that's with a 50 pound sub in my trunk and I weigh 315. ![Wink](https://maxima.org/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
