Like what is the weight?? I have read you guys talk about lightweight wheels but what is the measurement standard or bar. I saw a Rim that was 18 inches and weighed 22 lbs and it said it was lightweight but I am not sure if that is the truth or not

My 17x8's are 14.3lbs. SSR Comps are the same size but IIRC 13.9lbs. that's lightweight (LW)

18x8.5 = 18.xlbs.

I consider those light.

A lightweight 18" would be around 18.5 lbs or less

19" would be a little over 20 or less.

Considering the stock rims are about 27 lbs or so Id say anything under 20 lbs is lightweight for an 18" rim. About 20-22 is borderline, but better than nothing. Under 16 lbs is very lightweight. When you get into very light rims, it can get expensive.

I have been on the org for 3 years so somewhere along the line I learned the weight of the stock rims. I just weighed one of my stock rims with an original tire. Its on a weight thread on here recently. http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....ght=weight+rim
