07 Front Bumper

Long story short, i let my friend drive my car and he ended up hitting my friend driving in front of us..Anyhow, the bumper basically has like 3ft long line of some what noticeable scratches..if you sit down and look at it, you can just see lines going down..Anyhow, how much would it end up cost to get it like sanded or whatever and then repainted? He agreed to pay for it, but he wants to get it done at his "friends" work..which im not going to do, i want a reliable place..

The dealer charged me $150 to spray my rear bumper. The day after I bought the car I closed my garage door and scraped the bumper on the way down.

Wow I guess they gave me a good deal then. They probably charged me their costs (and they do use a bumper guy that comes once a week which i think is a little cheaper)

because my car is a nissan..I honestly don't know what to do..I'm about to just tell him to give me the money, and then get it done on my own and put it the rest on my own.

As long as the toyota dealership gets the correct paint code any good painter should be able to paint the bumper. What is it, sand it down,if any major dent fill, primer, paint. I really wouldnt know but did I miss a step besides missing the paint and thinner correctly?

I totally agree with you. In fact, most toyota/honda dealerships will do a better job than most local auto body shops.
