Cleaned TB - now idle problems. Please help

My car started to stall when I start it and my mechanic suggested to clean throttle body. I did it. Now my idle RPM is 1200 and 0507 code comes up.

I did reset ECU and did 3 learning procedures from here, but my rpms are still the same. when I do last procedure - the rpm go to ~900 and no CEL, but if I shut off and start again - everything is back! I have a 04 6 speed and when I'm in the gear and depress the clutch rpms jump erratically, it wasn't like this before.

Has anyone had the same problem? could I damage TB with carb cleaner?

Thanks

Funny thing is, I let the car sit w/ the battery d/c'd for bout 38 hours, and it did fine. Some have seen it not be an issue, some have replaced the TB, some have replaced the ECU, some have let the car sit w/ the battery dc'd like and have had it be fine again.

And I also agree, venture out of the 6th generation forum once in a while. I always find it strange that 98% of the new Generation Maxima threads originate in here. I'd say General Discussion would be a better place

I ended up reflashing ECU with a newer software and my rpms are ~800-850.
In the shop where I did it they said that ECU didn't want to learn the codes for some reason.

I'm in Brooklyn too. Can you provide shop/address for future reference?
