Anyone know how much stiffer progress springs are than stock?(2007 Max SE)

Also what are the softess aftermarket lowering springs in terms or stiffness?

Thanks.

I believe they are 20% stiffer. I was told the numbers once but cant remember them. You could try calling Progress in Anaheim, CA
