I assume you have invested a considerable amount of $$$ in getting all the mods you have and still continuing. I am wondering, if you had not invested these $$$ in purchasing your maxima and them modding it but instead invested them in purchasing a car with all the performance features you are getting through your mods, wouldn't it be cheaper?
My 2 cents. There is no fun buying a car with everything in it. This is a hobby for most of the members here. There was nothing out there when the 6th gen came out. Guys and girls were coming up with ideas on how to mod their rides. If you go thru the 6th gen threads you will see lots of hot 6th gens with their mods. We all have different ideas on how our cars should look.

Well I thought about a G35 or G37 coupe but I have a family so I wanted to keep a 4 door. Also I bought this car in 2003 and it's paid off and instead of taking the 10g's for a down payment on a new car and start modding again from scratch, SOOOOOOOOO I decided to take this Max to a new level because I knew it could be done. Overall I just voted no more car note...

SFR said and I believe also that it will be easier to mod my hotshots than the cramped work they had to do with the Alti's stock headers. Also I have lots more room for piping fab now and the shop doing my work are custom fab experts...

I have some people lined up, we need to install the Turbo first to determine what tranny issue we may have. Everything is a process but it's also on my list of things to address...

Oh no I always knew it would fit, what everyone started to ask was are there clearance issues if you had the Kinetix, IM spacers, and a FUSB. Now the question has been answered and the conclusion is, there is more clearance than stock!!!

When I get it to the shop on Monday, we will unbox everything and lay it out and I'll snap some pictures. And IMO, the stock manifolds on the 5.5 gen are the same as the Alti and 6th gen. Actually the kit I have was first installed in a 2002 Alti and that's the same kit I'm getting...

Will you be able to get blow-by-blow pics of the install, either by you, or the installers?

Where are you located at in MD? If you're within an okay distance, I'd love to come down there and see how she pulls after the install...can take pics for the org, too.

I'd like to find something a little more low budget like a supercharger for a 6th gen... I thought there was a thread about it at some point...

Well for the first 2 days (Mon, Tue) I'll do my best to snap as many pictures as possible, but Wed-Fri when I go back to work it will be more limited until I visit my car at the shop daily.

OK dudes, install delay, the AEM Boost gauge was on backorder, wide band boost monitor, 4400CC injectors (but he ordered me better ones!!!) and FTC fuel/timing computer won't ship till Thursday. The Southern Cal fires aren't helping either...
