Update 11/15/2007
OK, work seems minor but it was a busy day when you consider working all day then running around to get other things done then get home and do some work on the car. This will pretty much be my last post for the phase II upgrade, phase 2.5 will be the Wilwood rear BBK and the installation of the AEM Wide Band monitor.
Anyway, after work went and got a Laser alignment for my ride. When I got home I received the turbo blanket and installed as well as stuffed my *** in my trunk area to finish the Quiet-B Ultimate sound proofing and putting the panels back in (I almost used a whole box of rubber gloves for this install), have to measure and cut the flooring still to accommodate the new trunk mounted battery. Peace all.

Well I only travel 4 miles to/from work and I still need to drive it to break in the turbo and SFR said I won't have any issues with the programing they did. I do want to get it tuned before I take it to level ten for the tranny upgrade, so when are you available? The sooner the better!!! I want it tuned for the drive to Jersey and no tranny cooler, Level Ten said for my setup their 600hp rated tranny will hold anything I can put at it and I'll be happy if I can hit 400whp. I'm good, you know me, I baby my car and will do this right!!!
and trust me, you WILL NEED A TRANNY COOLER...not adding one into your setup is plain asking for trouble no matter what power level you are expecting. I don't see any logical reason why they would advise you not to, in all honesty thats bad advice(but then again thats Level 10 for you, not exactly the best rep over the years, so I'm not surprised)...hell we put tranny coolers on all of our built auto cars whether they be 350 or 500hp+...its easy to install, it improves cooling efficiency and extends trans life, it can't hurt. It kind of scares me knowing they would tell you otherwise, a tranny cooler is vital for the type of application
as for tuning, call me and we can set it up...if you call me tommorow morning we might be able to get you up here Saturday. 3019824600

there is no such thing as a "turbo break-in" period...unless you are breaking in a newly built motor along with it. all you need is a short prime before first start up you are good to go, turbos have no specific break in.

Not hating, I've just been around long enough to know of the few disastisfied customer stories from years back. I'm not trying to discourage you from using them because they are very experienced, but just a warning that in the past they have had their "issues" with customer service as well as products...so stay on top of everything they do.

AA is awesome. Merlyn and I went down there to dyno his 5.5g, really cool people. Sat and talked with them for quite a while about random stuff, and they hooked up the sniffer after we paid the price for a run without A/F...a little unexpected surprise.

I paid $135 including shipping (somewhat heavy) for a 50 foot roll on ebay motors, heres the link...

Oh and check out the comparison between Dynamat verse B-Quiet, IMO people are paying way too much for Dynamat

dynamat is overated. I had it in my last car and it didn't do squat.

Imagine how I feel seeing the Racingline logo displayed right up top to be seen by all, I must say I too am proud to have had a part of this cars build process.

Someone thinks a Lexus has a quieter ride, and a different person thinks a Honda drives just as quiet...personal preference, but yes, pricing is probably different, as the car comparison pricing is
