Plastic Silver Console Pieces

I've noticed the 2005, and 2006 have the cup holder cover/piece around handbrake in silver on SE models. The 2004 SE model has those 2 pieces in tan, or black depending on interior color. What can I use to paint those 2 pieces the exact same silver color, or is replacement better? Know the prices for those 2 pieces? Maybe a professional paint job? Any 1 get this done, or have ideas?

Not sure if you can paint that because it is not plastic. I think it's more of a vinyl material.

The console area between the 2 front seats is where I'm talking about.
