Personally, I think this looks amazing......That is both cornering lights and the fog lights.

Looks good, not to crazy about lip - but ok, I thought you were going with a clean bottom line to match the rest of car. Also watch the height.

I think the new design should be about the center grill and fog light openings, how to make it sporty but yet classy. make sure it doesn't turn into a cartoonish look.

If you remember when the 2007 came out every one was so excited, i want one, i want one, so they said. well that's where you have to follow, but with your twist. you have something good here. stay on the path of a professional bumper that will appeal to the masses. if you build it they will buy. LOL
Anyway.....GOOD LUCK.

Well guys, I pretty much have an idea of what everyone (mostly) wants, and I think we did a pretty good job on incorporating all those little things into a final design, so im going to get the production rolling prolly by the end of the week or early next week.

Do you guys like those sides? I took them of the new m3, and I think the match the bumper, cause most likely the bumper and the sides will come as as set!.

Like I said before I wont be asking for deposits.... right now, I do want to start doing it when we finish the prototype though, Also im really going to try to be there during this process so I can verbally and visually explain some of the things that i cant with just drawings, for exp ample I don't want sharp edges, all those black lines I drew are there just to represent an change in direction, the on sharp line I might get is the upper one in the side holes.

I will keep up the updates as I go, ..

for now lets do a list and see who is interested on it.

I will have to see the final product installed in the car for show before I can make a decision or be on the list.

I know it's only a edited pics but looks to low to me. right now it doesn't fit the NY streets.

Be honest with you, I'm still waiting to see someone with a Sorona Body kit or Redlinemax body kit around these Queens or Brooklyn streets.

Hmm - now that I just found out I won't/can't have the RLM bumper, I am not sure if I like the final design of this bumper. I am going to just wait and see how it looks on other Maximas before commiting....

I'm dropping off the car next week, and it takes them about 3 weeks to complete the mold, so just keep tuned.

you can view the final concept in here, (still only a rough draft of my site o yea dont worry about the dude, ill get rid of him.) www.ezkoncepts.com

as for the fog lights, we should be able to fit almost any kind of fog lights in those side holes, I guess that will be up to you guys.

I also planing to get the rear done at the same time, I'm working on a photoshop for that one Ill post it later, it will be something like the ones posted on the other thread about the rear bumper

Ok folks first off I absolutely love the design concepts shown, the RLM achieved the same kind of praise and feedback when first made but strong consideration needs to be given to clearance and your driving environment as well as a whole new way you must drive your Max. This is an example of a driveway issues (my driveway) I deal with every day...

I love the design so far, but i cant help but think it looks like a Mitsubishi Evolution IX. That's not necessarily a bad thing though.

can those people with aftermarket exhausts give me some dimensions. like how high is the lower part of the tip, diameter of the tips, overall rectangular dimensions of both tips (the size of the hole we would need to fit the two tips) distance between the two inner tips (muffler to muffler) etc..

Remus: height of lower part of tips - diameter of tips - rec. dimen-

I dont have photochop, so PHOTOCHOPPERS feel free to do this up better, but here is what I think would improve it slightly - raising the center opening:

I agree with the initial design on Chern's max. Raising the center part in the later pic will change it from a rear lip to a full bumper replacement which may be more expensive. I'm planning on getting an 05 or 06 max when I get a settlement from my wreck back in May. She won't stay stock for long.

Hey athlon - I don't say this very often regarding 4th gens, but very nice ride you got going there

I like Chern's also but want mine to have the tail pipes exit in the center (but don't extend it)! One of a kind ! Our max's will set us apart from the rest! Not even the 350z/g35 would have what ours have!

Looks wise the rear bumper is HOT!!! Funds wise the design may not be economical because for this design in particular, the rear would have to be

it looks like it'll be possible to do a wrap around on the tips, all we need is the dimensions of the aftermarket mufflers guys.

money wise guys, If I can get all 10 sets sold once they come in I can sell them at 350, otherwise they will be 400, they include the mesh and remember they are flex bumpers, so if you get both you are looking at about 800 to 850 shipped.

xoomer.com I barrowed you car for this one ,, and by the looks of it we might be able to get away with a lip only.

Thanks. Unfortunately, it's no longer with me due to a drunk driver back in May. Nobody was seriously hurt. The car was totaled though. I love the 6th gen. I can't recall how many times I'm intrigued by it every time I see it on the road.
