I'm looking into making my own part. Its shouldn't be too hard since it will be similar to the Stillen rear valence except I will have to large cut outs on the sides covered in mesh and then the center exhaust. Trying to figure out if polyurethane is best or fiberglass. I'm leaning towards fiberglass since it seems to be easier to work with for the do it yourself person. I can use my Stillen rear as the start of the mold and then add to it until I get the right shape. Anyone with experience in this type of work, PLEASE PM me for advise or tips.

Well I just can't take the waiting any more. Besides, Im not sure anyone was interested in the "center exhaust" idea. Maybe I should also get award for being most impatient I'm reading up on how to lay fiberglass.

I tweaked the design slightly. Made center area thicker and shrunk the side mesh areas slightly:

Here are two views of the rear of my car. Photoshoppers, please put my design on the rear shot. The panel should go around to the rear without much of a drop off to allow enough room for exhaust to poke through. As for the corner view, I thought about putting in a small opening with mesh, maybe a vertical opening near the wheel well? Ideas? Opinions?

Another idea for the side of the rear skirt it to give each end a treatment like the Stillen, like this:

Here is a pic of the end of the rear:

I bought chicken wire for stucco which I will use to form the shape. Im going to remove my Stillen rear valence and form the wire around it. Pep Boys sells resin and hardener and glass mats. Im going to prolly buy that although it seems a bit expensive, and lay my first coat and see how it looks.

It sorta sucks because I really feel it. Maybe it will look better when done?
