Splitter - Final Pics!
I guess I started that last thread pre-maturely. Since then I painted the splitter gloss black to match the rest of the car. I also shimmed it so it isn't warped. I installed a spacer in the middle, like the Stillen splitter. It looks much better.
Finally, I installed some turnbuckles I purchased from Stillen. They were a bit pricey, but exactly what I needed. You could probably stand on my splitter and it wouldn't budge. They really hold it very well. I did paint them red as you can see. I may paint them black to blend in more. Opinions? Flamers?

Thanks guys. It actually looks more subdued than in the pics because its low down on the car and I regulated the light on the camera so it was more visible. Im very pleased with the outcome and the look.

Thanks again guys. I went with that distance because I bolted it under the bumper do tuck it in better and thats as wide as i could go. Also, the main part of the splitter is the middle area and the turnbuckles make it much more solid. If they were further apart it wouldn't be as solid. I appreciate all of your feedback.

Great job! It came out way better than I expected. I still wish I would've seen some carbonfibor on it though. The red links look good aswell. I think they go well with your cars theme. Another great mod by dues!

I knew it didn't look finished in the other thread. It came out really nice though. I'd put on one. I wish there was a way to tell for sure that it's adding some performance value. If there was, I wonder if it would be just in the auto-x application or straightline and highway driving as well.
BTW - Give the black/red turnbuckle paint job a try.
