Photoshop request

I was wondering how that black lower part of the 07's rear bumpers would look on the 04-06 bumpers. Could you anyone please do a quick photoshop?
If it ends up looking good I - and I am sure other people too will try to be creative and create something similar....

And to Deus - if you do this..... no red tapes or lines please

I don't think that "part" comes off..its built onto the 07 bumper..so for you to get that look, you would need an 07 bumper..and for that you don't need a photoshop ahaha..hope this helps?

Thanks Einstein... errr I mean Blackmax!!! Can not believe I didn't think of that before J/K What happens is, IMHO I think both rear bumpers are nice looking -- however between the two my pick goes to the 04-06. BUT I absolutely LOVE that black part of the 07 bumper as it seems to give the bumper a polished look .....

lol deus. I honestly dont see why people go thru the cost and hassle for the 6.5 bumper. It doesnt look much better then the normal 6th gen bumper. Now the front bumper is worth the hassle.

is that a bad thing? lol

just do a different shade of red, or do a split 2 tone, do the enitre body in red, then do the roof all black. It would look nice.

Why don't you ask Bat if he can make a something from semi-gloss black vinyl. A dry carbon overlay would be nice too but we all know that aint happening...

Dues, Paint your car silver and then do the red thing in the following picture. Also, in place of "Z", write "Deus".

I know Bat. His name is Andy and he sells vinyl overlays that go over headlights, taillights roofs, etc. His website is www.bluebatmobile.net. There should be a way to contact him on there. If not, PM me and Ill give you his email address.

PS Glad you liked my red stripes!!!

Deus - I searched the members list and couldn't find his name. Then searched his site and looks like its a hosting site only with no contact info. Could you contact him and ask if he is willing to do this?
By next week? j/k

I just posted this on another thread, but here it goes again:

Has anybody tried to paint, maybe airbrush that black piece on a 04-06 Maxima? That would be a cheaper mod. Just a thought; again, I may not hear the end of this one

Unless it has been done before. If it has, please post your pic, would love to see it.

Sounds like a fantastic idea!! What you think if we tried it out on your car first? I live about 10 mins from you. PM me a time and place so we can get it done. PS* make sure you allow me enough time to stop by Home Depot to pick up the paint and brushes.....

Awesome Larsim. I know a bunch of us have bought overlays from him. I think he did a G35 roof overlay too! I think the bumper overlay will look good. If he does it I'll probably buy one.

Funny thing is that I've been thinking of contacting him about making one for me and then this thread came along....

I saw the G35 roof overlay in person. Looks sharp. I have many of his overlays: tail lights, amber front side lights, chrome strips (everyone ought to get this). I want to have him make CF overlay for my splitter

Got this from this site too - picture of an overlay on a G35. According to the site he also offers this on CF. This is very close to what would fit perfectly the 04-06 bumpers....

Hey, let's not allow this issue to die, this is a cheaper mod than changing the entire bumper cover.

The more we insist, the more chance we get it for the 04-06'ers

Awesome Bat!!!!!! As soon as it is ready I will take the bumper and roof overlays. Allright guys. Who lives in San Diego that can do this? I am just wondering though.... does Bat need an 04-06 or 07-08 test car?
