nismo intake

hey guys, i was looking at this picture, http://memimage.cardomain.net/member...7_187_full.jpg,

does the nismo intake have a bracket like the fujutsa or injen to mount on the side?

There is a bracket that holds the lower part of the intake.

where does it bolt onto underneath?
