condensation After HID install

OK so i got an HID cinversion kit installed now i'm getting condensation in my headlight housing, i'm taking it back to the body shop who installed them on.

Now my question is,could it be that round rubber seal where the two wires come in? I need this fixed ASAP. I do know the ring that was sent with
the kit was to big so he had to cut some plastic off my light housing to make
it fit.does any one have any other thing i can ask the body shop to look at
Thanks.

OK, you're now the 19th person I know with condensation problems after an HID conversion. Most members fix it by using silicone sealer on anything that resembles an air gap...
