New CAI
I want to thank my friend Chernmax for giving and installing my new CAI. Its a nice clean look. Optima battery will be reinstalled in the spring.
Due to some bleeding in my right eye I have to wait awhile for the eye to be operated on.

Thanks BigPete. When I had the Injen the brushing broke twice. Chernmax had a fix so I don't need it. When I have a chance I will have the brace removed like I did on the Injen.
The used Fujita I bought had a broken bushing as well so I improvised with a rubber cork drilled out for a long 6mm bolt. It was too rigid and kept popping loose no matter how tight I torqued it. What is Chern's fix? I am currently using a nylon webbing strap that is held to the fender by the headlight bolt. Its thickness is angling my lights down ever so slightly so its just temporary for now but allows for plenty of movement with the engine's rock but doesn't allow the tube/filter to drop down any.

Go to chernmax's cardomain site. The fix is on page 5. Its a easy fix and it works better than any other fix.
