The hose has a small puncture so the freeon tends to drain a bit quicker than usual. I'm too lazy to go to the dealership to have the hose changed (it's just $100), so about every 3-4 months I buy some R-134A, and fill it up. About 10 minutes or so and you're back to some cold A/C. Maybe one day I'll decide to finally take it in for the dealership to get that properly repaired, but until than this works, lol.
How do you put the R-134A in?

I'm surprised they haven't had a recall on this issue? It seem like it hits everyone up at about 40k (If you run your a/c on a normal basis in summer weather)

I had my compressor replaced under extended warranty and now 20K leather it's making a screeching noise when I put it on. Time to go back to the dealer......for the 30th time.
