Front bumper replacement

The link in the stickies is dead. Couldnt find any guidence by searching.
I had the misfortune of running over a truck tire which I couldnt avoid on the thruway this morning...its a 6 month old bumper since the accident. There is a12" crack in it at the bottom, it didnt slip under the car as I hoped it did.

I found an OEM replacement for $187, I could probably find someone to paint it...but I dont know about replacing the old one. How hard is it to replace? Anyone have any old links showing the process?
It would be much appreciated...thanks

I'm not sure if this helps but I thought they pretty much were all the same. Check in the front of the car near readiator support right under the hood( Basicaly were the hood pop is) See if there are some blots there maybe under a plastic shroud(4 or more). And inside the front wheel wells behind the headlights( usually 2 blots) Its not that hard to do if you have tools. I removed and swapped bumpers on all my DSM's to upgrade the intercoolers and do body kits. Oh don't forget( I almost did lol) the plastic shroud under the car will also be bolted to the front bumper.

Its nice to hear its not that bad...perhaps if someone knows what tools I will need to do it that would help too. Just getting the part painted will be the only part I will have to figure out.
