New Blacked out tailights and badges

Well i know i dont have pics yet cuz im still in the process of painting my badges but they will come soon. I finally did my taillights and yesterday i took the badges off my car will some fishing string. That was a little hassle but not too bad. I scuffed up the chrome on it then put down a primmer coat now today im adding the black and clear coat!

Question what M3 tape should i use to tape it back on and does anyone have a great way on putting the badges back on easily and perfectly? I have a couple ideas on getting it back on myself but if anyone knows a easier way please let me know.

I will also be doing my entire chrome strip on each side of the car black and my front grill. Later when i have more money i will be doing my rims as well. So yea im all in my car fixing mood cuz ive been lazy for a little while

dude just buy new ones from your local stealership. I think there 15.00 - 20.00 for the maxima badge and the 3.5 badge.

They will have the factory tape on the back of each badge...

Ya, you guys are useless .. "buy new badges cause the adhesive" .. why? When he already has badges?

Just hit up autozone or something, ask what would be best! Voila!

3M makes an "Emblem tape" it's black and sticky as ****.

I used it to install my rear window spoiler.

Be carefull though, when I say sticky, I mean sticky.

I would use a ruler and chaulk to make sure they're lined up correctly.

It's gonna be a first try kinda deal...

Why does it have to be a money thing or ghetto way. Why not; i like doin **** and would rather gain the knowledge as apposed to paying money and not learnin ****!

Anyway so i took everything off the back and am putting on my last coat of black tomorrow. Its a slow process cuz of school and work but its coming along. I have someone who paints a lot help me out so its coming out perfect.

I think ima just put on the Nissan emblem instead of all three. I like it without the other two besides it looks symmetrical!
