sounded like he bottomed out pretty hard, I've never straight out abused a rental car, maybe drove it hard but non the less I treated it fairly, I believe in Karma, and what you put out you get back, and when that person gets their own car back and something is wrong with it or messed up it's just the universe saying your an idiot

That is exactly why I will not buy a rental car. Looks like part of the lower engine tray was ripped off.
