6th gen vq35 intake manifold question
I saw this picture somewhere on the forums of a 2004:
For some reason, I thought the VQ35's intake manifold in the Maximas and Altimas had the design with the front 3 intake runners on top of the rear 3, not all next to each other 4th gen style like shown in this picture.
Is that a stock intake manifold on that VQ35 or what?

No it isnt stock. Its a Kinetix intake manifold. I contacted Kinetix when they had a manifold for the Altima, to inquire if it would fit the Maxima. They believed it would fit, so I bought one from them and fitted it to my car, and it fit great.

I was waiting for someone to say that. I figured it wouldnt take long. Did ya happen to glance over the LOOOOONG list of positive aspects of the manifold?? 
You could always have ur stock manifold hogged out and polished. By the time you see THAT "price tag" suddenly the Kinetix looks like a pretty good deal. Ya gotta pay play, baby.

Its all a prefrence thing with the manifold. It is a lil expensive to some. And some like myself like it, and others disagree and thats their opinion. It helps tremendously on nitrous but N/A it doesnt put out the gains that people are wanting/expecting?? But all in all I love it!
