Mesh Grill

Hello All,

I am looking to find a nice black mesh grill to replace our ugly one. I haven't had much success in doing this. Does anyone have any recommendations are where I could find this. Any pics would be awsome as well.

You should check out active tuning man. They have some pretty nice ones. I wish i knew about them before i bought my Trex billet grill. Here's the link: http://www.activetuning.com/products...IL/gallery.php

Look at the Ebay one. You will wait till hell freezes over for an Active Tuning one. The ebay one isn't that bad actually.

I am looking for one myself, I do think that it adds a nice touch to the front of the car.

I like the ones from active tuning as well but was looking for something a little less pricey. I don't like the billet grills.

If anyone is in/near NYC, this may help both of us. I'm looking for an 07-08 to test fit a prototype grille. Once this is done, production will finalize. Any corrections we find would be fixed on the final product.

Hey man...... I live in the Bronx but go to queens every weekend. You can use my 07 as a test car and see if it fits. Let me know when and where.

I got the E&G and painted it black, top and bottom mesh grilles...doesn't look bad, and fits nicely in the 07.

You painted it yourself? That is pretty cool. What kind of paint did you use, I would know nothing about doing that myself. Do you have to have some serious painting supplies?

Luke sprayed it with a can of DupliColor matte black spray paint. Good to go!

Here's a little better picture of it painted. Can't really see the bumper grille all too well, but it's there, lol:

Yeah, it is really hard to see the lower grill, but the large one looks really good. In this pic, it almost looks like the Nissan emblem is just floating there. I like the black on black look though, very nice!

It's a bit hard to paint, due to it being mesh...have to really coat the hell out of it to make it look nice.

ActiveTuning has the diamond mesh S4.1 grill that you can get prepainted so it's ready to install right out the box. Emblem not included, I added that.

Trenz makes one also with the Nissan Burger or without. My Trenz had a burger area:

What's with the "kid in the engine" mod? Is that a factory option? Notice any gains?
