Lady backs up into my max..rant

It's a very minor accident, but still pisses me off..ahh
So I was leaving the gym waiting to make a left turn onto the main street. I'm the second car in line waiting to turn left, and theres a Lexus GX470 in front of me. Either this girl thought she was sticking out too much, or she decided she wanted some Jack In The Box at the last minute because she throws her suv into reverse and steps on it. By the time I was honking at her, it was already done and over with. The driveway is pretty steep, so there is a good chance she didn't see me behind her, but it's still her fault anyways. I'm taking my car into the shop tomorrow to get it fixed courtesy of Mercury insurance..(her insurer)

Her exhaust tip makes an almost perfect circular indent-lol

How do you think they'll go about fixing this?

You can fix that at home no problem...It looks like no paint is missing..Take a hair dryer and heat up each dent..For about 5 minutes..Then take your and press from inside the bumper, and they will pop right out..Trust me I had much worse on my rear bumper..It was the size of two basketballs..I heated the area for 5 minutes, put my hand in from undeneath and just pushed..and it came right out..good luck
