Exactly! I've already messed up my brakes not studying up prior to installation.
For your springs check out this thread. It's a collection of other threads and it has a link to step by step videos. Just swap out the springs if you plan on keeping the oem struts.

I'm not sure about the other two items on your list but I wouldn't think they would be hard. Don't be afraid to do them yourself. If so, someone could take advantage of your fear and make you pay big bucks to do something simple.

i cant tell you how important it is to drive your car with the donut on as little as possible. reason being, the donut has a smaller circumference then your other tire thus making one side of the differential spin faster. i cant tell you how many times ppl come into teh shop i work at with a blow trans and a donut that has been on there for a week or more. the differential is not meant to spin faster on one side for long periods of time due to lack of proper lubrication when the carriers turns inside
im not saying ti will blow up if you use it, but like ur owners manual says, its only for getting to the first available repair facility

Follow the 50/50 rule...no faster than 50mph and no further than 50 miles.
LED tails=2 nuts and un-clipping a wiring harness...
Cattman exhaust=2 bolts, a bracket, and yanking it out from the hangers...
Springs=a little more to it, but still simple with the right tools...

yea the cattman exhaust is easy to install but its a BIOTCH to install if you dont have a torch or a lift to get leverage .... well just my feelings
i went to a shop to install mines bc i couldn't get the car high enough to get under and actually get the bolt loose.. lol the shop it took them like 45 minutes 30 of them was heating it up and using the air gun bc it was a biotch they get rusted easy plus its only like 50$ to install so why go through the hassle
