the cheap 3m ones suck to take off. thats why i always went with the weathertech ones. also they look better and don't mess up the lines of the car...

as the guy above posted thats basically all you can do. i'd let it bake in the sun for a few hours then go at it. goo gone is your friend!

g'luck!

zippo lighter fluid will remove just about any sticky adhesive from most surfaces and evaporate, leaving no evidence.

Try a body shop. My paint guy has a wheel thats non-abrasive and removes the sticky completely.

I'm not normally a fan of the rain guards but they actually don't look so bad on your car. But the guys gave you some good advice for taking them off anyway.

Waste money at a shop for doing this? May as well have them install clear door lenses...

I have them on my black max with dark windows. Kinda blend right in. Living in Fl where it rains alot plus the heat. I wouldn't want to remove mine. I can leave my windows "cracked" to let out the heat at work and not worry when I get 4 rainshowers a day. LOL GL on removing them, that tape is tough. So tough, I have several rolls of it for other uses! Good stuff it is!

I doubt any body shop would charge more than $20-$25 to remove them.

Well worth it in my opinion. They (should) know what they're doing and if they screw something up in the process, they're responsible.

I have the weather tech rain guards. You can put them on and take them off in 5 minutes.
