I have a 04 and its wired to the lock cable, so when I press the lock button on my remote multiple times (you can have it set to how many times you would like) the car turns on. and then the same amount of times turns it off, the only way to know if the car has started or not is to look out your window. You should see the parking lights on.

That's if you have the lights set to 'auto' on your headlight stem, if not, ur screwed you get in and try to start it again.

No just the parking lights come on... and it happens only if its on off, if its on auto and dark enough and the car starts the headlights come on. but if its not dark enough or the switch is on off, the parking lights come on.

Someone touches your car, it shows up on your fob. Also shows status of remote start, lock/unlock, etc.

I don't usually post on grave dug threads but a viper system install will run you 300-600. Bucks depending on what model. If by live in SoCal I can get you a two way viper alarm remote start for 260 installed pm me for details

I highly suggest you create a few threads regarding questions that you have instead of resurrecting old threads. The moderators don't really like that sometimes but, I did see another member that has created a thread for you though.

You'll definitely get the help you need there.
