-questions on headlight mod-

so i just just got my maxima and my first mod i want to do is the headlights. my goal is to install ccfl's, and to paint the "chrome" majestic blue(BW9) to match the color of the car. i found the site from chernmax and ask that anyone checks it out and gives me any pointers on how to do this mod successfully. also, what do i use to get rid of the fake chrome and get down to the plastic for the paint? here's the site for the ccfl's http://customlightz.com/?p=p_19&iPageContent=6

As far as getting rid of the chrome that is already there you want to use 1000 grit sand paper and just scuff it up so its good to prime.
