350z Rims on another Maxima

I also just added 350z rims to my 04 Maxima. 245/45/18. The rear wheels rub when i have rear passengers. Anything I can do to fix this ? Will a 235 tire be narrow enough to clear the fender ? Also, how can i lower the front to reduce the HUGE gap in the wheel well. It looks like my car is about to lift off.
