Slotted Rotors and Posi-Quiet Semi-Metallics

Thinking about buying some cross drilled/slotted rotors and Posi-Quiet Semi-Metallics from off Ebay for the 04,is it pretty easy to change rotors and brakes yourself? And should the brake fluid be changed too?I have 55,000 miles on the vehicle.Went to the dealer for a wheel alignment and after the technician took it for a test drive he noticed the steering wheel shake when pressing the brake.Warped brakes is what he diagonosed.$513 for what they charge to replace brakes and rotors at the dealer.

Id recomend buying them from the GD thread right here on the org, you know your getting something that works and wont crack after a few miles. With some of the sellers on ebay you dont know that. as for the brake fluid I bought the whole package but my mechanic recomended not to change it but I was at 30,000 miles.
