Noisy plastic

It must be the cold weather bringing out these annoyances. I thought I solved the plastic rattle sound by taking off the piece under the bumper, but the noise is back. I THINK I narrowed it down to the piece that attaches to the top of the grille. I can move it up and down and it makes minimal noise. Btw, I haven't figured out what that piece is for, so it may come off anyway. Overall, I may just need to replace most of the plastic fasteners in the front of the car. Has anyone else had this problem?

If im not mistaken that piece that you are thinking of removing is the piece that initially grabs the air that goes into your engine.

At this point I would rather have less power than here this damn noise for one more day. I had a 97 saturn sc2 with a straight pipe before this car, so I'm not one to complain about noise, but this is terrible.

LOL...

I suggest a louder stereo ...

I would NEVER give up power to get rid of a noise...

Here's an idea... have a friend drive your car... and sit in teh open engine bay try to listen for the noise...

report back tomorrow...

Im kidding...
