HELP with heater issue please.

I have an '04 SE. Obviously it has automatic climate control. Problem is...even after the engine is warm enough to produce hot air from the heater; when the car is at idle, it blows cool air. When you drive, it's hot as it should be.

For example: it's cold in Ohio this morning, so I start for to warm-up and melt frost on windshield. 15 minutes later, when I get into car, it's blowing cool air. When I start to drive it heats right up. Then when I stop for a train, after I'm sitting there about 3 minutes, it starts to get cool again.

Any ideas on what might be wrong or what I can do? Thanks!

Need some more idea. I did the Nissan TSB just like it said, but the car is still having the problem. If I give it any gas at all, it heats right up...just not at idle. After doing the TSB, I thought it was ok, but when I stopped to get gas, I let the car run, and sure enough, by the time I got back in, it was blowing cold again.

Any thoughts? Is it possible to do the TSB wrong? I was pretty straight-forward and easy to do. I even bought the actually bleeder funnel.
