Racingline V2 endlinks problem

Sup guys, I believe i read about this on the Org before but can't find the thread using the search. So here goes...

I have the Racingline V2 endlinks installed with the Progress RSB for like 3months now. Today i went into a few pot holes and heard some loud thumps coming from the rear. Also after going over a speed bump i heard a the loud thump again. When i got home i took a look at the rear endlinks and the left one was just hanging on by the bolts on the RSB. The top bolt and nut was completely gone. Same goes for the right side. It was just hanging on by the bolt connecting the endlink to the RSB.

Was this prob ever fixed? Or does anyone know where i can get replacement bolts from. Also if i do get replacement bolts how do i stop this from happening again??? I PM Taz haven't heard back yet. Thanks for the replies...

About two weeks ago or so I was doing weekend car maintenance inspections. An, I notice my RH side V2 endlink was complete gone except the top bolt & bushings. The ride was handling a little funny a few days prior to inspecting underneath. Never notice a sound or anything unusual before losing the part completely. I also didn't realize others where having similar issues. Which left me with the alternative to purchase a new set of Rear endlinks from Racingline Performance off eBay. I do have a extra single V2 rear endlink for sale if anyone needs one. In very good condition...

Did he replace your endlinks? If so, did you have to pay anything?

I had an issue with V1 where the main threaded bolt was gone.
Taz shipped me a new one. Then I use loctight on the bolts
and the problem did not happen again.

I have had this problem several times and have been very frustrated by it. I have used an impact wrench with liquid lock on the bolts to try and hold them on but have had no luck. I emailed Taz and he said he could not say why they continued to fall off but he did mail me replacement nuts/bolts and bushings which was really nice. That is great customer service and I am sure he will be in touch with you! Taz recommended using double nuts on each bolts and it is holding so far. The bolts are M10x65 with standard M10 nuts. Good luck!

pm replied, sorry for the delay and lack of presence online, been really busy.

As for installation: the nuts are under alot of pressure and the double nut is highly recommended and are shipped with all sets. I am working to revamp the site to be more user friendly and have alot more information on it. It should be online for jan 1st!!

Just wanted to let you guys know i got in contact with Taz and he's sending me replacement bolts with and extra set of nuts. The extra nuts are gonna act as a lock so the nuts wouldn't back out on their own again.

So if any of you guys are having probs you should contact him he'll help you out.
