def take ur bumper off dude. more room to work with. instead havin to do work with limited amount of space to move ur hands. trust me the 1st time u take ur bumper off will take 20-30 mins but after that it will only take 5 mins
Wow, the fogs are so easy to get to. If it's the headlights then yes def take off the bumper but not for fogs, I changed one the other day, took me 3 minutes...

For the passenger's side, remove the fluid reservoir (there's 2 10mm bolts holding it in place). After that you'll need to remove the fill tube for the windshield washer fluid. You can do this by twisting it counter clockwise. After that you will have access to the bulbs...
