simple way...maybe to stick something in between like a piece of paper...

worse comes to worse...glue...a little dap of krazy glue

or open it up...close it back up tighter....

Proper way: Open it up and secure it from the inside without making your modifications visible

For a quick temporary fix, cut small pieces of rubber type gasket material (like bicycle inner tube, none adhesive) and using a very small flat tip screw driver push the pieces into the seam at four points (top/bottom/left/right). Cut pieces small enough that once wedged inside they cannot be seen. Just my .02

Stick a picture of a loved one in there..?

I would steer clear of of taking apart the speedo. Needle trouble would not be worth it.

follow instructions...see if you can place something in between the clear plastic and the gauge bezel.

hope that helps dude.

It does help a lot.
I Am hesitant to have to recalibrate my needles so I'll opt the other options for now. I Mean if i was changing my dash panel then it would be worth it, but not to correct this noise
thanks though

well technically you dont have to do the guage swap thing. thats just to show you how to get at the clear plastic from both sides..not just the front....

but

+1 for Cerns idea also...

use the knowledge of how to open the dash and use cerns idea if you want a better fix....

Tiny dab of draft stop caulking, the kind that can be peeled off later.
