I have an 04 SL and those don't turn down on reverse... didn't even know they turn down on reverse until now. I thought only the Cadillacs had that...

i believe if you leave the L-R mirror adjuster on either the LEFT or RIGHT that determines which mirror aims down while in reverse. if you leave it in the middle, neither moves. now i'm not positive if it was standard on all 6th gens or not, but i want to say it is.

mine do, depending on whether it is in the left or right position, and you can switch it while in reverse, I have an 08 SE, i think you have to have the package with heated mirrors and steering wheel...

My 02 Acura TL had the passenger mirror tilt to see the curb (not curve) in reverse, my 04 Max doesn't have it. I think Nissan added it to the 06 and up. It does help navigate in reverse.

only 06 and up? you'd think the 04 with heated power folding mirrors would include the tilt down but i don't think mine do it.

My left mirror tilts down while backing up from the garage.

When I'm parking next to sidewalk curbs, the right side mirror tilts down.

Has to be set to L to tilt down. If you set it to R, it thinks you might be in the middle of adjusting the mirror so it wont tilt down automatically.

Yes. It has to be set to L or R at any point when you have it in Reverse. I don't wehat year they started having that on, but I have an 08 and it came with it. It really helps by the curb.
