Active Tunning S4.1 Grille installed. Pics.

I finally got around to installing and taking some pics of the Active Tuning s4.1 grille. I bought the grille majestic blue and had to paint it the color of my car. A local paint shop got me a good deal on painting the grille. I gotta say i kinda miss my T-Rex billet grille already. I was expecting more from the active tuning grille, my billet grille fits a bit more precise. I have the nismo logo but didn't really get a chance to stick that on there yet. Let me know which one you guys think looks better.

Eh your old set-up was better. That grille just doesn't line up right. You still have your other set-up?

yea, it's still sitting in my garage. Some of the people i asked said the same thing... Don't think my car color pulls it off too good either.

i agree with everyone else...but the thing i hate the most is the gap between the top of the grille and the hood...

I bought my g/f a billet grill upper and lower for part of her c'mas(silver car). I was kind of wanting to get her the active tuning grill, now I am satisfied w/ my choice billet is better on the silver/champaign cars.

Damn Ill I may have to agree with everyone. The first thing I focused on is the gap or bow at the top. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice set up but the new grille made your car look like stock status again. I don't know why but the aluminum billet works really well on your car. It did not for mine and that's why I murdered mine out. What ever you choose, I got your back man

Thanks for the input guys... I'm prob gonna run it with the nismo emblem for the rest of the winter then switch back to the billet grille. I was in denial about the active tuning grille When i put it on i did feel that the billet looked better, just didn't want to admit it, LoL. Even my girl that doesn't know jack about cars said the billet looked better But in the end it's what i like and i'm switching back to the billet in the spring.

I like the older setup as well, minus the lower piece...

You should have the black in the bumper color matched.

I like the new grill except for the gap. I was never a fan of billet grills.

hmmm.. it just doesnt look right. the 2 top corners of the grill seem to be too far in. not even with the hood.

either way, sell it when spring comes around and use the money to get a spoiler...

Im kinda new here but I don't know why so many ppl on here chose the Active Tuning grille over the street scene
The AT can only be pulled off by Black cars. First setup looks better, but the new look is definitely not ugly
