Quick FSTB Question

I know, not another FSTB thread, but this is a quick question...

So I'm looking to spend some Stillen Bucks, and I'm thinking about their FSTB, but I heard there are some rubbing issues on 6th Gens. Based on searching it seems most people with the rubbing issue have 04-06 Maximas, and I have an 07.

Does anyone here have an 07 that has rubbing issues with the Stillen? I'm hoping this wasn't an issue after the slight redesign for the 07 model year.

Thanks!

"stillen bucks"? So you have to spend it there? If so, I dont know what to tell you. If you can spend it elsewhere go with "racingline" FTW! I just ordered mine today in black. Holler at TAZ

I don't have any rubbing issues, however the Stillen bar does require you slightly bent the A/C line which is part of the install instructions to prevent rubbing on the A/C line, no big deal. I even had my Stillen Bar polished. If you decide against Stillen, Racingline make a nice FTSB also.

Don't do as I say yet!!! It appears from fastmax's pictures that he just bent the bracket. I don't have mine on yet so I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for the input everyone, I'll see what else Stillen has and explore the Racing Line.

Just for the sake of the consensus...My Racingline rubs my hood just a little bit.

....and required a slight AC line bend forward (towards my headlights).

Don't forget your Dremel so you can trim that plastic **** in the engine bay.

i ended up bending the bracket down flat and then bend the line forward a little bit then put some electrical tape on the line just to keep it from rubbing.
