Removing inner door panels..

Im trying to figure out how to remove the inner door panels to access the speakers.Well,actually to install some Dynamat.I did a search and I even looked for a manual but no luck.Anyone have a link??

Check this thread for the LED's in the door handles. He shows how to remove the panel. I did it a few weeks back, easy task.
