Exhaust Question

I'm looking to upgrade my exhaust soon but i wanted something to tide me over until i replace the system; and I'm sure this topic has been covered before but I can't find it. My question is...is there any modifications i can do to my stock exhaust to make it sound better? ...such as removing the mufflers or resonator. What I've been searching for is a video or audio clip of a 6th gen maxima that has one of these modifications already done. Could anyone give me a helpful link?

Theres like a new thread every day about exhausts lol so i wud definately use the search tool on this website if i was u. Theres nothing u can do to make the stock system sound better. Ud have to get mufflers or a complete catback. I would recommend magnaflow mufflers or any of the catbacks (nismo, greddy, cattman). Never heard of a 6th gen doing anything to the stock system to make it sound better. But u cud get a CAI, like Fujita, and it will make ur car sound like a BEAST especially at 4500rpm or over.

Thanks guys, I love the color as well. It keeps me accountable in how I drive because everyone knows who's driving.
