Quick ?... how many o2 sensors does the '04 Maxima (non-Cali spec) have?

Ok, that's what I was thinking...I'm trying to solve the P0138 code I am throwing after installing the Cattman headers for my '04 5sp AT.

There are 2 bungs in the headers themselves (1 bung for each section), so I am trying to figure out if there's any reason to leave the one o2 sensor (the one that the sim is wired to... white wire harness underneath, by the y-pipe) to be left exposed, secured to the frame. This may be causing it to throw the code... I know the sim is in working order, so that's out of the equation.

The thing is, the headers were installed one night, and I had to go back 4 days later to get the simulator installed. The SES light came on during the ride to get the sim installed. I've tried the ECU reset via the pedal trick, but I can't get the SES light to blink... and I've reset the ECU many a time with that method. *shrugs*
