I don't have red but honestly I think you'd be over it after a bit, they will be really hard to see anything inside your car. They may look cool at first but white or blue is a better bet...

Check my link for the LED's I sell here on the site:

Jay is correct on the brightness.
I just put 2- 6led in my rear domes last night. Probably 1/4 of the brightness of a blue one.
I ordered extras for sale if you are interested.
2 pairs (4bulbs) for $20 shipped if your interested.
pm me if you are.
I tried taking pics last night but my camera kept making it brighter than it actually is. (shutter on camera would stay open for 5sec.)
Here's a pic. But again, they are not this brights

on the blue or white. You may have fitment problems with that bulb because of the square middle. Buy the Luxer brand instead.

yea, ive got regular red bulbs in there now and it is pretty dark but the LED's should brighten it up quite a bit right?
My car is red and i wanted to stick to the red theme eventually replacing the Gauge lights and the A/C control lights etc...
I will still have a orange control screen and odometer and oh yea that little shifter thing under the speedometer but i think it will still look real cool.

Hey sole on a level of 1-10 how hard was it to get your dash like that?
Im going to make the dash kit myself but do the wires for the control screen reach down to the storage compartment area without any mod?

Also any info on the LED's behind your A/C controls?

If you buy GOOD led's they will be bright. There's a lot of junk out there!!!

10 being hardest...10. There's over 400 tiny LED's that need to be replaced by soldering each one in. There's a couple of members that do it for a price of course but well worth it: http://www.6thgenmaxima.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=5687

And yes the wires reach down, it's a tight stretch but it will work...
