FOG LIGHT HELP!!

Passenger side Fog light is out. Any suggestions on where to get replacement?
(Dont wanna get it from stealership)

I found this:
http://cgi.ebay.ca/Xenon-HID-Fogligh...3A1|240%3A1318

Are these the correct ones or just fake?

Sorry if this is a stupid question

Those are fake, however I would imagine they would work. real HID ones are these:

http://cgi.ebay.ca/Xenon-HID-CONVERSION-KIT-H1-H3-H4-H7-H11-9005-9006-9007_W0QQitemZ180335700990QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotor s_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item18033570099 0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1215|66%3A2| 65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1308

OEM fog lights are just halogen bulbs, so if you want the same replacement anywhere would have them that sells auto parts. You could also check your local performance shops, our sponsors here or ebay.

Just get regular H3 at any car part store (even walmart), or get a hid conversion kit.

Read from this site that the fogs blow out pretty often. Unless your replacing with hids I wouldn't spend alot of money on bulbs. Mine went out a year ago. To lazy to reach the light.

Thnx for the info Fiddy Yen and kryogen (hey that rhymes lol)

Screw the HID conversion...I'll just let the stealership do it at the next oil change...still cheaper than the kit

The passenger side is the easiest to replace...

The bulb may cost $10.00, the dealers gonna bend you over.

Well if you don't spend a lot of money on bulbs then they will blow out quickly!! Spend some money and buy some legit PIAA's or something and you will be good to go. My yellow H3's cost me like $70 been going for over 2 years and I run them almost all the time. I did buy some "Piaa's" off EBAY and they looked legit but turned out to be fake, just go buy them at a local store...

i tried to get oem fog when mine was broken and no one had it but the dealership. well at least in canada.... and the price just went up so you are prob looking at $250~280 CND after tax or so. it's a whole fog set. not just a bulb.

I'm soooo glad I moved to Vancouver! I love paying 4 times what everyone else pays for EVERYTHING

My Nissan dealership charges $119 per hr for anything u want installed. So it could cost me almost $400 just to replace the fog set. I dont think so...I'll let the next owner worry about it lol

Take off your side cover piece, twist the washer fliud neck and pull it up. Theres a little bracket attached to the fender holding a clip or two in place, remove the nut and move the bracket aside and you can access the bulb. This is all from memory, Im pretty certain it's right...

IMO i think it was a bad idea for nissan to integrate the fog lights in the headlights, too much of a pain to change the the bulb. i think the whole d@mn headlight have to come out, i may be wrong. but the good thing is they changed it after 05. i would throw some 3000K HID bulbs in there :-D

ONCE AGAIN YOU DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THE BUMPER TO CHANGE THE FOGS OR BLINKERS!!

For the driver's side you need to remove the intake or the stock air filter. This will give you access to the bulb. For the passenger's side, remove the fluid reservoir (there's 2 10mm bolts holding it in place). After that you'll need to remove the fill tube for the windshield washer fluid. You can do this by twisting it counter clockwise. After that you will have access to the bulbs.
It is a tight fit and a pain in the butt, but it can be done.

And JAMAICANLOVRBOY, it's after 06 not 05...

Yeah it's a pain but it can be done.
Same for DRL bulbs.
For HIDS though, you got to take all off.
Damn, gotta go to work :'(
